1. Coaching and education, not therapy

It Takes One provides relationship coaching and education delivered by an AI coach named Ari. It is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or a substitute for care from licensed professionals. We do not diagnose conditions, and Ari is an AI, not a human.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this service. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. Program and pricing

The core program is a one-time $149 six-week relationship coaching program. An optional maintenance membership is available for $39/month after graduation. Demo mode simulates checkout without contacting any real payment provider; real-mode purchases are processed by Stripe.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchasing the core program, contact support@ittakesone.co for a full refund. Refunds are processed manually through our support team and Stripe; we do not claim automatic refunds.

5. Safety and crisis resources

If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US). If you are experiencing domestic violence, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233 (text START to 88788) or visit thehotline.org. Call 911 if you are in immediate danger. This service is not equipped to handle crisis or emergency situations the way these resources are.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use It Takes One to plan harm to yourself or others, to request help manipulating, surveilling, or coercing a partner, or to coach children as messengers or leverage. We may suspend access for violations.

7. No guarantees about relationship outcomes

We do not promise that your marriage or relationship will reconcile, improve, or end. It Takes One helps you practice skills, communicate more clearly, and understand your own patterns. Decisions about your relationship are yours.
